I VOLI DEI GRUCCIONI

Romagna
Protected designation of origin
Sangiovese Superiore

A wine that expresses itself gracefully, with delicate fruit and the energy of a very fresh mouth, marked by a sapid note born from the unusual soil of yellow sands.
A legacy from the sea that left behind fossils of shells and small sea creatures that even now enhance the aroma and the mouth of the wines. An expression of great immediacy, that is both austere and vibrant, protecting a slow yet distinct revelation of details.
The name pays tribute to the beautiful bee-eater birds that nest in the walls of sand present at I Sabbioni.
