LE LITI BIANCHE

FORLI’ IGT BIANCO

Still white wine made from Sangiovese grapes.
The history of I Sabbioni in intimately linked to Sangiovese, the most emblematic wine of this area. It was therefore natural to adopt this variety as the most appropriate for our white wine.
The Liti Bianche are produced in the most nothern areas  of the vineyard where the grapes retain freshness and floral hints.
A unique wine, starting from its pale straw color.
Taut and well-defined aromas of white peach and thyme with hints of salt. Straightforward on the palate with powerfull wild hints. Adepth based on salt and exotic fruit.
